<div itemprop="description">Ronald Joseph, the adventuring soul, passed away on October 31 after living life to the fullest. <br /><br />He is survived by his wife Pauline, two sons Jeff (Estella) and Trevor, grandson Sam, brothers: Marty (Sharon), Gary (Aline), Kevin (Cory), and sisters: Darlene (Dick) and Donna. <br /><br />He was predeceased by his brother Ricky. <br /><br />Ronald served with the Canadian Air Force for 26 years; when he retired in 1986 he flew with the Reserves. He went overseas with TransAfrik Airlines based in Africa from 1986 - 2001. <br /><br />Once Ronald retired from TransAfrik, he continued going on his own adventures filled with travelling, hunting, and fishing.<br /><br />A Celebration of Ronald's life will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, South of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park. <br /><br />Donations in Ronald's name may be made to Valour Place (valourplace.ca) or to the Alberta Aviation Museum (albertaaviationmuseum.com).<br /></div>
