<div itemprop="description">HILDEBRANDT, Reinhold (Ron)<br>August 24, 1938 – April 2, 2017<br><br>On April 2, 2017 Reinhold (Ron) Hildebrandt of Edmonton, Alberta passed away peacefully at the age of 78 years.<br><br>Ron will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Gwendolyn (Lyn), two sons, Daryl (Chris) and Craig; five grandchildren: Garrett, Paige, Cole, Hannah, and Bryce; siblings: Eli (Olga) Hildebrandt and Erna (Irvin) Swonek; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Ron was predeceased by his infant daughter; parents: Arnold and Olga; brothers: Richard, Lucien (Les), Ludwig, and Leopold; also nephew, Arnold (Arnie), and sister-in-law, Lois.<br><br>A Celebration of Ron’s life will be held Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Glenwood Funeral Home, 52356 Range Road 232, Sherwood Park, with Harold Klassen presiding. A viewing will begin at 1:00 pm. Many thanks to the staff at the University of Alberta Hospital, Unit 5D3 for all of their support and care over the last few months.
