<div itemprop="description">Metro passed away quietly in his sleep after a bout with cancer. He leaves to mourn, his brothers William (Mary) and Daniel; sisters Bessie and Victoria (Erv), grandson Jeff along with numerous nieces and nephews.<br><br>He was predeceased by his parents Nick and Mary, wife Delores, son Kenny, daughter Oramae Thew, 5 brothers including one in infancy and 2 sisters.<br><br>Thank you to the staff and doctor of 2Parker Lynnwood Capital Care for his care during his stay.<br><br>A memorial will take place at Glenwood Funeral Home in Sherwood Park on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of one’s choice. <br></div>
