<div itemprop="description">It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of our dearly loved Mary on February 9th, age 85 years. <br> <br>She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her daughter, Jane and her husband Peter Ellmann and her two Granddaughters, Sarah and Hayley. She is also survived by her brother Walter Strutz and his wife, Mary Ellen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. <br> <br>Mary was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband Don in June 2006. <br> <br>While Mary maintained her residence in Edmonton, she had many extended trips to Victoria to be with her daughter and family. Mary was the heart and soul of her family, bestowing love and wisdom on her Granddaughters whom she adored. She also cherished her time chatting with friends over the phone or enjoying a meal together. She will be sadly missed by so many people that were touched by her loving spirit and zest for life. Always up for a party she continued to joke and smile until the end. <br> <br>A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 17th at 2:00 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home (South of Wye Road and Range Road 232, Sherwood Park) with interment to follow at Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
