On Wednesday, November 30th, 2011, Mr. Jacobus Verhoeff passed away peacefully and quietly at the age of 83 years. </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> Left to honour his memory are his children, Jack (Penny), Nellie (John) Fuder, Diane (Dan) Redeker, Yvonne (Ross) Bayne, and Ben, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other extended family members. </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> He is predeceased by his wife, Maria; his son, Raymond, as well as his granddaughter, Melissa. </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> A Celebration of Jacobus' Life will be held on Monday, December 5th, 2011, at 3:00 p.m. at Sherwood Park United Church, 20 Fir Street in Sherwood Park, Alberta. </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> In lieu of flowers, donations in Jacobus' memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Alberta. </p> </div>
