He leaves behind his partner and best friend, Shelley Frost, Shelley’s daughter Jacqueline, parents Jim and Helen Lyon, sister Karen Harris, nephew Stephen Harris, niece Megan Harris (Ryan), Aunts and many special friends. <br><br>A celebration of Ian’s life will be held at Glenwood Funeral Home (South of Wye Road and Range Road 232, Sherwood Park) on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.<br><br>The family would like to express our appreciation towards the staff and Physicians from Grey Nuns Emergency Department for the care and compassion that Ian received.<br><br>Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada www.heartandstroke.ca or to the Covenant Health Foundation www.covenantfoundation.ca.<br></div>
